The Master's degree in Data Science and Public Policy is obtained by completing the program's 38 credit hours of course requirements. Of these credit hours, 32 are core courses and 6 are elective courses. Students must complete both the core and specialization elective course credit requirements for the Master's degree.
The minimum requirements that students must meet to qualify for the graduate degree are as follows:
Minimum Course Grade Point Average: B- (CGPA 3.00)
Total Required Credits: 38
In addition:
Students enrolled in the graduate program must maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale and receive a grade of at least 2.7 (B-) in all courses.
The specified Maximum Time Frame (MTF) for completing the master's program is 54 credit hours.
A graduate student may transfer at most 9 credit hours earned at accredited institutions.
